When you visit baumwollpyjama.de, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure, stable delivery of the website).
  • Service provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA – cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.

3. Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. We delete the message once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR (answering your enquiry).

Links to Lunedo, Wandelo or the app stores lead to services that have their own privacy policies.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise them, write to info@baumwollpyjama.de.
