Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
We have created the content of our websites and apps – including information about board games and the texts and facts about sights – with great care. However, we cannot guarantee that it is correct, complete or up to date. Opening hours, accessibility and the condition of places can change; please check locally before you visit. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content under general law in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Liability for links
Our services contain links to external third-party websites whose content we have no control over. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no illegal content was apparent.
Copyright
Where protected, the content and works we create – texts, graphics, card artwork, game figures and coins – are subject to German copyright law. Any reproduction, editing, distribution or other use beyond the limits of copyright law requires our written consent. Game covers and brand names belong to their respective publishers; the map material in Wandelo is provided by Apple and its data suppliers.
